What counts as one report?
Each file upload is one report — whether it's a single photo, a multi-page PDF, or a batch of images from one lab visit. The page limit applies per report.
What counts as a page?
For PDFs, one page = one page of the document. For images and photos, each file counts as one page. Digital (text-layer) PDFs are processed instantly; scanned PDFs go through OCR.
What is an AI chat message?
Each message you send to the AI Health Assistant counts as one message. AI responses don't count. The monthly quota resets on the 1st of each month.
What is a health summary?
A health summary is the AI-generated overview of your report — key findings, abnormal values, and metric explanations. One summary is generated per uploaded report. You can also request a clinical PDF summary to share with your doctor.
Do one-time packs expire?
Yes, one-time report packs are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused pages and summary runs expire after that period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted when changing plans.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You'll see a clear message explaining which limit you've reached and your upgrade options. We never silently fail — your existing data stays accessible and you can always export or delete it.
